From March 18–20, the PowerConnect Energy Summit 2026 brought the energy community together at AMBEREXPO in Gdańsk. Technica Nova Baltica was happy to be part of it, joining partners, industry peers, and future professionals who are all helping shape where the sector is heading.

You could find us at Stand A.24, where there was a steady flow of great conversations throughout the event. It was a chance to catch up, exchange ideas, talk about what’s currently happening in the industry, and explore potential ways to work together. Our presence at the summit was made possible, thanks to Polish Offshore Wind Energy Society (PIMEW), who invited us and created a shared space that made it easy to connect and be part of the offshore wind community.

One of the nicest parts of the event was seeing so many students attending. It led to some really interesting discussions about the energy transition, career paths, and what it’s actually like to work in this field. Being able to share a bit of our perspective and hopefully spark some inspiration was definitely a highlight.

Events like PowerConnect are always a good reminder of how valuable it is to bring people together in one place. For us, it was a few busy (but really rewarding) days full of conversations, new connections, and fresh perspectives on the future of energy.
