June at Technica Nova Baltica
June was an active and meaningful month for Technica Nova Baltica, filled with industry meetings, competence development, and visits to important places connected with the offshore, renewable energy, and shipbuilding sectors. It was a time of discussions about the future of the industry, strengthening partnerships, and further building the foundations of an organization based on quality, safety, and responsible management.
Visit to Meyer Werft in Papenburg
In June, the Technica Nova Baltica team also visited Papenburg, where we met with representatives of Meyer Werft. It was a unique opportunity to see up close a place where advanced technology, many years of experience, and precision come together in impressive shipbuilding projects.
In Papenburg, we also met with the Technica Nova GmbH team and together took part in a presentation about Meyer Werft, its operations, ongoing projects, and the specific nature of shipyard work. Afterwards, we had the opportunity to tour the shipyard, which allowed us to better understand the scale and character of our client’s work.

The visit to Papenburg was also an important moment for strengthening team and partner relations. Meeting with Technica Nova GmbH allowed us to reinforce cooperation, build relationships, and spend time together outside the everyday work environment.
Strengthening our competencies in ISO management systems

June was also a month of further development of Technica Nova Baltica’s internal competencies. Members of our team completed the “Internal Auditor of an Integrated Management System according to ISO 9001/14001/45001” training, organized by DNV, and obtained certificates confirming their qualifications.
The training was another step in developing our competencies in quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management. Technica Nova Baltica is already certified to ISO 9001:2015, which confirms our commitment to maintaining internationally recognized quality management standards.
At the same time, we are continuing activities related to the implementation of further standards, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001. In this way, we aim to strengthen our approach to environmental responsibility, occupational health and safety, and information security.
June was a time of active industry presence, inspiring meetings, and continued organizational development for Technica Nova Baltica. Our participation in Global Offshore Wind 2026, the visit to Meyer Werft, and the development of competencies in ISO management systems highlighted three areas that are especially important to us: cooperation, technical expertise, and high operational standards.
We would like to thank all the partners we had the opportunity to meet in June. Each of these experiences strengthens our organization and helps us respond even better to the needs of the dynamically developing offshore, renewable energy, and shipbuilding sectors.
